We get antsy in the pantsy when we dont try new things around the brewery. We had some Galaxy hops and we wanted to make the Fairy Nectar London even juicier, so we dry hopped this beer with them. What you get is something even the haziest of haze lover will go nuts for!

Hazy orange body; soap suds foam, sticky head; sticky lacing along the glass. Strong orange and grapefruit aroma. Juicy, mildly tart flavor; powerful build of hop bitterness midway through each sip and lingering long past; some alcohol presence. Medium-heavy body; seems a bit weak for such a beer; some boozy heat; dry and a bit acidic.
I'm not big into the juicy, hazy craze of beers, but there are some good ones out there and this beer certainly makes the grade. It starts with a juicy citrus character and quickly builds up to and leaves you with a bold bitterness and alcohol heat. The look and mouthfeel are good, but the taste makes this beer...
