Our Party Wine base Barleywine recipe that has sat for 3 months in Soldier Valley Whiskey Barrels. A 12% ABV beer that starts with a touch of toffee on the nose, then sweet and malty with a touch of hops and dried stone fruits in the flavor, finally a kiss of whiskey and slight oakiness.
