Pink in the glass with a big, fluffy head. The aroma blends cranberries, light malt, and a touch of cinnamon, creating a festive impression. Those same notes carry into the flavor, but an unexpected herbal bitterness—likely from the cranberries—cuts through and shifts the profile. That sharper edge creates a bit of a disconnect between the inviting aroma and the more assertive taste. Interesting beer, though not entirely cohesive.
