Yep, we did a WCIPA. We put our minds together with the geniuses at Lupulin Brewing for an IPA fermented with thiolized yeast and dry-hopped w/ Cascade, Citra and Strata hops!

16 oz can canned 7/5/23 into a Nonic pint glass.
L: Pours mostly clear radiant yellow gold then the last pour from the can releases a yeast wave that clouds up the pint, has a thin eggshell white head with low retention, good steady carbo bubbles, minimal lacing.
S: Pineapple, lemon, citrusy, floral, very lightly dank.
T: Slightly sweet caramelized malts, lightly dank grassy hops, citrus, lemon, malts are distant, grapefruit zest, lemon zest, grains, very lightly nutty, gently rich.
F: Lightly brisk, semi-juicy medium bodied feel with a medium-fast drying finish. Feels tight. On a scale of 1-10 this is at level 6 for dryness.
O: A fairly full-flavored beer with splendid tastes of citrus that are not overly dense allowing malts to shine through. Hop frwd and dry in the finish. Nice to see a lower ABV in an IPA. It is excellent in its style.
