Hazy whitish yellow color with a thick three finger head with great retention.
Aroma with predominant notes of dough and fresh baked white bread. Hint of lemon drops.
Flavor with notes of floral hops, yeast, pine, lemon drops and some chalk. Dry aftertaste with a medium but well perceived bitterness.
Light body with good carbonation.
This unfiltered pale lager felt very fresh and well balanced with floral and piney hops on a doughy malt base. Great drinkability.
