12oz can into canned 3/28/23 into a 12oz willi becher.
L: Pours straw light butterscotch gold w a thin fizzy off white head that is cola-like and gone in seconds, excellent carbo, no lacing.
S: Vinous vegetable, jalapeno, a hint of grains.
T: Pale vinous & earthy jalapeno, corn, cereal grains, a light suggestion of honey and is lightly sweet in the finish along with some mild capsaicin heat.
F: Glassy, slick and moderately smooth and a bit dense med-light bodied w a med-length lightly drying finish.
O: A good tasting Mex Lager with good pepper flavors and a touch of heat. Lightly sweet, very EZ drinking. Great compliment to cuisine with corn. It is very good in its style.
