Brewed in collaboration with our dear friend and supporter, Dr. Taber, this beer is an imperial sweet stout with milk sugar aged for over 18 months in Four Roses bourbon barrels. For the last season of maturation, we dosed the barrel with an obscene amount of toasted coconut - 40lbs per barrel.
