A blend of three threads of our double mash, long boil imperial stout. 20% aged for 19 months in Martinique Rhum barrels, 40% aged for 13 months in Russell's Reserve barrels, and 40% aged for 13 months in wheated Willett bourbon barrels. Variant with coconut, LRR coffee, Macadamia nuts, chocolate, honey, vanilla, and milk sugar.

Had an 8-ounce pour at the brewery 1-12-24 for $9.00.

Beer was served without a head and dark as night.

Nose was awesome, full of barrels and vanilla.

Taste was a large malt base that was taken over with an overabundance of vanilla and lactose. The barrels lent a note of rum and bourbon which helped with balancing but in the end finished too sweet.

Mouthfeel was medium bodied and pretty smooth.

Overall definitely a dessert beer that was fun to try.
