Turbid light orange gold colored body floating virtually no head, but lots of spotted and foamy lacing.
Aroma is grassy, floral grapefruit pith.
Flavor is more complex with a vegetal flavor combining with citrus.
Creamy full mouthfeel.
Very well crafted beer.

Lucky enough to have it on release day at the brewery. This is what a NEIPA should be. Hazy enough to be mistaken for juice, Fruity aroma, fruity taste with subtle bitterness and a smooth rounded mouthfeel.

Liked this beer a lot. Had it on tap at the brewery. This was a very nice NE style IPA. Very fruity on the nose. Pineapple, papaya, oranges. The taste very much followed the smell. Pretty much all fruit with no bitterness. Very clean finish. Would have it again.

Boozier and less flavorful than their normal DDH releases. Had on tap at brewery.

Smell is amazing as I would hope of the best NEIPAs that are only a week old. Nice hazy look with soft yellow orange color. soft feel although not as soft as a Galaxy Bowl or some other top notch NEIPAs. My favorite of the 2 More IPAs I’ve had so far. Would definitely buy this again.

32 oz Crowler filled on 11/15 consumed on 12/2 poured into a nonic pint.
A: Very small white soapy head that disappeared quickly. Body is a murky tan yellow color.
S: Mango, cantaloupe, pineapple, light bits of lemon, but mostly pineapple and a light yeasty smell.
T: Lots of mango, pineapple, and papaya pretty clean finish not much malt presence.
M: Medium bodied fairly chewy finish. Carbonation is almost non existent but that probably has more to due with how long I waited to open the Crowler.
O: Very juicy fruity beer, and it doesn't have that super yeasty finish. This is a good beer and I would definitely drink it again if I see it.

The comment I made to a friend while drinking this beer was it comparable to Sosus. A great compliment for a new brewery if they are already cranking out a Mosaic DIPA similar to Toppling Goliath.

32oz Crowler

Strong Hands looks like pineapple juice, turbid and fuzzy orange. There's zero clarity, obviously, but it does have a milky glow when backlit. A hard pour from the big ol' can creates a fingers worth of soapy white head, large bubbled but with some staying power. Thin but sticky lace clings to the glass like no one's business. It's a good looking beer.
The nose is all about Mosaic. It's mossy off the bat with a quick flash of lactic pineapple. The moss sticks around while the pineapple fades and it's replaced by blueberry pepperiness and big herbal notes. There's even a little parmesan funkiness in there. The malt profile is fairly simple but welcoming, bread dough and softly sweet.
The flavor profile follows the nose rather closely. It's full of that earthy dank like I mentioned above and herbal notes galore. Tangerine and lactic pineapple make a showing along with that blueberry note. The herbalness runs throughout while the other notes ebb and flow. Again, the malt profile sits in the background but does make for a nice background.
The mouthfeel really shines. It's moderate in weight but with that ultra plush feel. It sits velvety on the tongue and sticks around after the swallow before eventually drying out. There's a soft bitterness but not much, it sticks around briefly after the swallow. This is a slammable beer for the alcohol content, which is totally unnoticeable.
Strong Hands is the first beer I've had from More Brewing and it's a winner. It's bright and vibrant with a heavy hand on the Mosaic. The mouthfeel is spot on which boosts the entire drink. I'd buy this again no doubt. Keep it up over there, folks.

Slightly cloudy darker yellow body, one finger thick white head, good retention. Smell is almost like Nelson; tropical fruit, spice and some grapefruit, light malt backbone. A fairly different take than what I've come to expect from Mosaic. Good mouthfeel, smooth and creamy, with a nice flavour that follows the nose.
