Aroma is beery malts and spicy/nobleish hops. The flavor is mild fruit and a long and beery/husky/grainy malt and spicy/noble hop/slightly sweet finish.

Released 12/29/22; drank 1/17/23 @ the Yarchives.
Cloudy, dull orange yellow appearance.
A rough pour yielded a nice off-white head; frothy tree-rung lace.
Wheat, lemon & honey notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Mild caramel, wheat & honey flavors.
Sort of neutral on the flavor end, but this was enjoyable.

Can courtesy of Judith - thanks!
Sharply overcarbonated. Fruity, but true Kolsch yeast isn't indicated. Malt backbone is clean enough.

Great kolsch. Smells like when a brewery is mashing.
