Dry-hopped aggressively with two of our favorite hops, Citra and El Dorado, we decided to keep this one straight forward because sometimes cramming all the oats and wheat you can in a mash tun isn’t the best answer. Keep It Simple, Stupid.

Keeping things simple is usually a good idea. More Brewing gets back to basics with a stripped down grain bill and a tandem of only Citra and El Dorado hops for hazy IPA with a kiss of simplicity.
Pale and pastel with goldenrod hues, K.I.S.S. builds a creamy white froth before a scent of citrus, tropical hints and a background of herb. A light and bready sweetness greets the tongue with a drier sense of vanilla wafer, honeysuckle and dough. Hops come charging in with a burst of tangerine, orange peel and pink grapefruit as a secondary flow of mango, apricot and white peach add fruit complexity. Trending herbal, bitter and with an extra resiny bite, notions of spruce, hemp, peppery grasses and tea leaf.
Medium bodied and certainly drier than the typical hazy ale, this stripped down version lacks the tools to fully celebrate the hops in much of a flavorful manner.

11/5/18 (Chicago): 16 oz can purchased as a four pack from More Brewing Brewpub 10/13/18 for $15. Poured into standard pint glass, very hazy golden pour, light white head quickly dissipates leaving razor thin lacing. Pineapple and citrus aroma, on the sweet side. Very welcoming taste, citrus and pineapple, sweetness similar to a Radler, but backed by dryness and slight bitterness typical of a standard IPA. A little sweeter than what I typically would drink, but it works. Carbonation holds well, nice dry mouth feel, thin and wet texture. Overall very good IPA.

Appearance: Arrives cloudy with an orange hue; the thick head leaves sheets of lacing behind
Smell: Papaya, pineapple and tangerine
Taste: Papaya and pineapple forward, with a touch of biscuity malt underneath; the tangerine bitterness builds, through the middle and into the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium to full body; almost creamy with moderate carbonation
Overall: Liked the balance and the mouthfeel here; among my favorites of the IPAs I tasted at More

Released 9/21/18; drank 10/3/18 @ the Yarchives.
Opaque orange appearance.
A rough pour yielded a nice white head; a thick curtain of tree-rung lace.
Orange peel, wheat & faint table sugar notes in the nose.
Soft, medium mouthfeel.
Tangy orange citrus & dry wheat flavors up front; table sugar sweetness on the finish.
They nailed the mouthfeel, but this is both a bit too dry AND a bit too sweet. However, it's drinkable.

Hazy ipa that looks delicious. Tropical fruit and grass on the nose. Not overpowering. Similar on the taste with a little hops on the back. Super creamy feel. Reminds me of noon whistle gummy vortex. Really like this.
