To celebrate John, our assistant brewer’s one year anniversary working in the brewery, we asked him to brew a beer of his own. Clamp & Gasket features flaked, malted and golden naked oats for a creamy, smooth body and hopped aggressively with Akauanot, Idaho 7 and Amarillo for huge cherry, orange and dank resiny flavors.

On draft at MoRE. Hazy yellow appearance with not a lot of foam head. Solid fruity and juicy, but quite sweet (too sweet for my liking). Needs a bit more carbonation to the medium mouthfeel.

Tasted in Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on August 25, 2018. The malt bill includes flaked, malted and golden naked oats. Brewed with Akauanot, Idaho 7 and Amarillo hops. Notes of berries, citrus and dank resinous hops. Smooth creamy body.
