The City Series is designed to showcase a single adjunct. For Chocolate City, we built out a stout recipe that really compliments the adjunct and then hammered it with Ghanaian cocoa nibs.

Had on tap. Pitch black pour with a tan sudsy head. Smell and taste are the same as there is not a ton of nuance: huge chocolate, bordering on fudge, with light vanilla accents, slightly pungent with dark fruit on the back half. Feel is lush and smooth, cool and medium-heavy weight. Nice chocolate stout

500mL bottle, 2022, 13% ABV
L: jet black body, thin brown head disappears quickly
S: cocoa, roast, maybe some lactose but it’s kind of muted
T: big chocolate/cocoa nib notes, roasted barley, marshmallow, caramel, dark fruit, pepper
F: full body, very creamy, ample carbonation, alcohol is mildly hot but mostly warming, balanced finish with some residual sweetness along with a peppery/earthy bitterness lingering
O: a nice treat from More!
