Had on tap. Viscous jet black shimmering body, no head. Smell rewards MORE when allowed to warm up: cinnamon and vanilla sprinkle in on top of rich bourbon, sweet coconut, lush maple, semi-sweet chocolate, and subtle wood. Taste is sweet, no getting around that, but it has the depth and barrel presence to make it all work, kind of like a gourmet french toast bcbs. All of the flavors from the smell meld together with some toasted and candied pecan and smooth dark malts. Of the four title ingredients I would say the cinnamon and maple lead strongest, but the coconut and vanilla are both plenty present. Feel is viscous, the perfect amount of boozy, sticky, and sweet.
