First beer brewed at our new facility in Huntley, IL. Our refreshing cream ale brewed with our soft water and flaked corn for a crisp, dry finish. Clean malt profile with fruity notes from the hops. The lively carbonation lends a pillowy mouthfeel inviting sip after sip.

Not really the usual "feel" for a cream ale, and hoppier than you would expect, with a little bitterness you wouldn't expect (not a criticism at all, just a notation). Smell is very slight, grassy hop flavor. Color is golden, with minimal lacing or head, what I usually expect from a cream ale. Taste is decent, but not up to the standard that I've had with many others I've had from More.

Bought this one at Iron and Glass Romeoville. I'm not a big fan of Cream Ales but his one was different. I was certainly more hoppy than other Cream Ales I've had. It had a nice look and the aroma was promising. But the taste fell a little short. The mouthfeel was thin but that was expected. Nice dry crisp finish. I'm not sure if this is actually an authentic Cream Ale but it was descent for a beer under 5%.

Had on tap. Crystal clear gold bubbly body with a white head. Smells of corn sweetness and grain, slight grassy hop, and sweet malts, slightly bitter for style. Take the nose, make it more hoppy and watery and that is the taste. Feel is thin, dry, crisp, watery, and most egregiously, doesn't feel like a cream ale, rather a hopped up watery lager. Embrace the style!
