A collaboration with our friends at Whiskey Hill, we decided to brew up a big Mexican Hot Chocolate inspired Imperial Stout with chocolate, cinnamon, chile, & vanilla.

Had on tap. Medium black body with a minimal brown cap. Semi-sweet chocolate melted onto vanilla, peppers, cinnamon and boozy malts make up the nose. Taste is much the same, get the sweeter elements up front with the moderately spices on the finish, warm but not boozy like it smells. Easy drinking given the abv and gravity, chewy and decently spiced.
