Imperial stout aged in Weller bourbon barrels for 19 months with Dark Matter coffee, toasted pecans, vanilla and cocoa nibs added.

Had on tap. Pitch black pour with a brown cap. Bourbon and coffee waft out of the base of the beer, vanilla, semi-sweet chocolate, pecans float atop these dark depths. Taste I find the fudgey brownie batter chocolate and pecan translate well, vanilla rounds into the considerable bourbon character, coffee undergirds the fudge and barrel. Heavy, thick, boozy, yet not super warm, hides booze very well.
