Bourbon-Barrel Aged Imperial Milk Stout with Daydream Coffee & Cocoa Nibs

Consisting of a blend of Buffalo Trace barrels aged 32 months, Blanton’s barrels aged 10 months, and a Weller barrel, previously used to age BLiS Maple Syrup, for 29 months.

Pitch black body with a light brown head that fades. Getting complex and full bourbon and rich maple submerged into coffee, toasted caramel and dark chocolate depths, with an expressive vanilla and oak edge to it, cola and molasses emerge over time. So full and flavorful, really blown away by the taste. Nose is fainter but the same complex decadence. Feel is rich, full, viscous, smooth and has good coffee and bourbon barrel textures. I got this on a whim, and I am really happy I splurged because it was a great stout experience
