16oz can, no apparent freshness date
you don’t see white IPAs anymore and that makes me sad
L: hazy tangerine colored ale; persistent white foam cap
S: citrus, container, wit yeast, bread
T: orange, grapefruit, peppery coriander, wheat, light caramel, wit yeast, bread crust, pine
F: medium body, moderate carbonation, dry & bitter finish with orange and pine lingering with some white pepper
O: this was always such a fun blend of two totally different styles with plenty of complexity. This is a good example of what a White IPA should be.

16 fl oz. can, no date. More Brewing should really start dating their cans, since Ardmore is constantly selling beer that is half a decade old, but I digress... If anyone wants to see a vintage six pack of The Oracle still sitting around for sale, well, you know where to go.. Defined here as a "White India Pale Ale"..
A: Pours a nice light goldeny yellow. Lighter than some IPA's but it's a freshing look compared to all this hazy trash. Strong finger's worth of soapy white froth. Spotty lacing. Looks good.
S: Aroma is crisp, clean, floral, grassy. Definitely has some 'bubblegum' sort of aromas going on, Belgian yeast, etc.. It's nice.
T: Taste follows; nicely crisp, smooth, floral, lightly herbal / grassy. Belgian yeast imparts some heavier carb, flavors of bubblegum, maybe some light clove..
F: Crisp, clean, smooth. Medium-bodied, decent carb. Fairly easy-drinking. Not harsh, lingering, or bitter. Not overly Belgian.
Overall, More Brewing is pretty average and their beers don't typically excite me, but this was drinkable enough, seemed fairly fresh, and the price tag was doable (something like 12.99 for the 4pk I believe). Will try to check out more. Ha get it.
