Overall: A fantastic Kolsch for my first review of this. Incredible pour. Soft, bready, and clean. Flavors are balanced. This is fantastic and brewed since 2017, I'm surprised not more reviews. (Rating: 4.09)

16oz undated can poured into a stange glass at fridge temp 4.9% ABV. The beer pours bright pale gold in color with nearly white head. The head recedes to an irregular ring and leaves a little lacing. The aroma is mild with pale malt and a hint of orchard fruit. The taste is semisweet pale malt with just a touch of tart apple or pear. Negligible bitterness. The mouthfeel is thin bodied with average carbonation and a mostly dry finish. Overall, good Kolsch style ale.
