500 ml bottle into a snifter. A 2024 release, had 3/21/25.
Pours near black and opaque, thick looking, with no head and a light oily smear on the glass. Aromas of coconut, vanilla, coffee, malt, chocolate, light bourbon. The flavors mostly follow the nose: vanilla, coconut, roasted malt, chocolate, some bourbon- a little more as it warms, some coffee. Smooth, thick, an excellent full body, appropriately carbonated on the lower side.
Delicious. All the add- ins show well, especially the coconut and vanilla. The thick mouthfeel- because it is quite thick, really is excellent. A little less of a barrel presence than usual for More, but it’s enough.

Bottle pour (after 40 minutes warming on counter) - she's thicccc with barely a suggestion of a head. Nose is heavy on the oak, chocolate, and bourbon. Flavor is spirit &barrel-forward with underlying currents of coffee, chocolate, and coconut. Finish is coffee forward.

Pitch black body with a light brown ring. Smells of java, cocoa and coconut right away, with bourbon, fudge, vanilla, and wet dark oak behind, all melding together through the sip. The depth of flavor in the taste really surprised me, on the surface the coconut, coffee, and vanilla prepare for a pastry bomb, but instead the barrel is really developed with lush bourbon and caramel joining the adjuncts well but the balance with deep dark chocolate fudge that anchors it all, allowing the java and caramel in particular to sing on the finish. Great balance, thick and chewy, heavy massive beer. A sipper for dessert, like fine patisserie it has flavors to unlocks as you enjoy it
