We took a portion of Roaming Elephant 2025 and conditioned it on raspberries and blackberries. The result is a barrel aged English barleywine with notes of toffee, caramelized sugar and oak that is met with berry sweetness and a flash of tart brightness that helps to cut through this rich beer.
