Aroma is classic/slightly funky West Coast hops and sweet malts. The flavor is fruit, grainy/slightly sweet malts and a spicy/grapefruit/citrus hop/slightly sweet candy finish.

Clear golden color, decent white head and some lacing even has some continuing carbonation. Aroma pine and citrus, flavors might match, the pine escapes me but I've tasted it other WCIPA's. The best midwestern WCIPA I've had.

4/23/26 - (Revolution Taproom) (Chicago, Illinois) Draft Notes: $7 plus tax 16 oz draft pour into a nonic glass. 7.4% ABV West Coast-Style IPA - Collaboration with More Brewing.
Appearance: Crystal clear golden bronze base, light carbonation, resting below a creamy generous egg white head that leaves generous razor thin lacing and cover. 4.5
Aroma: Nice pine citrus aroma, light grapefruit. Old school, near full strength and enjoyment. 4.5
Taste: Nice bitter pine, light citrus. Pine and bitterness brings back old school WCIPA vibes, really digging. Malty, but in the middle between the typical Midwest WCIPA malt and actual WCIPA level. 4.5
Mouthfeel: Bitter, drinks strong but not beyond the listed 7.4% Dry, light malt, heaven bitter, glorious pine all the way. 4.75.
Overall: This is an excellent take on a WCIPA. See Centennial Dynaboost after reviewing and it didn’t adversely impact this pour like other hop products. Really like what More and Revolution brewed here, they have four packs to go, and one is going home with me. 4.75

And for the low price of $.$$ it all can be yours! It slices, it dices, it even juliennes! Call now and get the second one half off!
More's take on the west coast IPA is about as nostalgiac as 1980's infomercials as 80--588-2TREE00 pours a burnish gold with a frothy white cap. As a scent of part-pine and part-citrus entice the nose, a sip of lightly caramelized grain, honey and toast reveals a granola-like base maltiness. A rise of orange peel and grapefruit are classic of those "C" hops, the west coast vibe doubled down on a pine, bitter and drying finish. Hints of pineapple drift around the palate and gives balance to the herbal, fruit peel linger.
Medium bodied and still not as dry or as bitter as most west coasters would prefer, More's more midwestern take on the flavor is a welcomed beer away from all the haze.
