This light ale is very dry, and is blended with our barrel-aged, wild-yeast fermented Saison. It brings soft peppercorn, bright lemon, and funk to the party.

Poured from 12oz can into a dimpled mug.
Appearance: light silvery-yellow hue with a dash of haze and a thin finger of frothy white foam atop. Pretty!
Smell: lightly tart and funky; the acid adds a fruit-reminiscent character and there is a dash of herbal/floral quality here that I like as well.
Taste: there's some funk right off the bat with a little less sourness than the aroma suggests. This is a well-executed, straightforward saison, with interesting flavor and a bit of dryness to keep you coming back for more.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and creaminess. Dig it!
Overall: I like this beer; simple and straightforward, and refreshing and quaffable to boot!
