12oz can served in a snulip. Can is "dated" 22272, which I believe calculates out to September 29th.
Pours hazy orange amber with a fairly small head, lots of fine carbonation. Smell is mostly vaguely tropical, fairly mild, maybe a little resin punch.
Taste is tropical fruity, but not terribly sweet. Lots of resin and cut grass. Very bitter on the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, dry, gritty. Overall, not a rock star, but a very solid fresh hop.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a very hazy, nearly opaque and somewhat muddy, yellow amber with a two finger white head with good retention and thick lacing. Aroma of pale malt, citrus and dank hops, orange, grapefruit, mild mixed tropical fruit and some catty dankness. Flavor is pale malt, citrus and dank hops, grapefruit, thin orange juice, light mixed tropical fruit. Moderate fresh hop bitterness on the finish. Medium bodied with light bitterness. Kind of a roller coaster of a tasting here from this new-to-me brewery. The pour is very hazy and murky, not a good sign for this haze-leery drinker, then some good fresh hop botanicals, but somewhat thin and not too complex. Then some glorious bitterness and an interesting mixed fruit estery note that lingers for a while in the finish. I really like the finish. Chinook is a bittering hop and it did its job here, saving me from the typical hazy softness. Not sure I've had an ale single hopped with Chinook before, but I'm happy with it. Good introduction to the brewery; I'll try their Octoberfest later in the week.
