12oz draft poured into a husky pint glass shows a dirty orange/bronze colored body and briefly floats a 1/8in fluffy head that leaves sporadic lacing.
Aroma is lime zest leaning piney centennial hops
Flavor is more complex but adding to the piney bitterness and citrus zest is a malt balance that takes me out of the fantasy. It's like a phone ringing in a movie theater.
Mouthfeel leans light from medium.
Overall an interesting take on a more classic IPA.

 

Taste: crisp but very mellow hops, some malt and bread cereal notes. Mild almost herbal earthy nose. Honey color hue, unfiltered, with a smaller head and some lace to taster glass. Medium/lite body. Mild Michigan hops. 64 IBUs
