Listed as a brown kolsch, a "psuedo fest bier"
A very dark kolsch, and about right for a festbier, being an apricot colored clear body with a persistent cap of thin white foam.
Aroma is mostly biscuit malt and a slight roastiness with a hint of something brighter I can't quite identify. If you told me it was very dark grapes I wouldn't object.
Flavor is all malt, but not sweet. Certainly nothing I would call vinous.
Mouthfeel is medium without drying, easy drinking, no aftertaste and nothing off, but maybe a little light on carbonation.
Overall a nice fun poke at the classifications. Just drink tasty beer.

Clear amber body with a cream colored head that slowly fades. Sweet malt underneath toast, earth hops with a hint of grass and dry hay, odd. Taste has lush malts and yeast with mild grain and hops. Feel is medium-light bodied with almost creamy yeast and toasty malt with hops way less felt than present in other aspects. Different but delicious
