Chasing Gravity - Belgian Tripel style ale
Abv: 9%
IBU: 15
Our love of traditional beers knows no bounds. Even the depths of space couldn't hide that. This big bold Belgian Tripel has flavor notes of Belgian spice, pink peppercorns, toasted brioche with a warming alcohol finish. Enjoy the smooth ride this historic beer style has to offer.

Big fluffy white head that sticks to the sides. Golden body.
Nose is yeasty spicy as a tripel should be.
Flavour is sweet and spicy. Banana and clove. Classics.
Body is really creamy soft and a pleasure to drink. Coutnered with some discrete carbonation. Finish brings the overripe sweet bananas and blends it with some spicy hops that leave a nicely lingering finish.
I enjoy this, it's a little fuller bodied, and slightly less harshly yeasty/sweet than most tripels I've had.
Thanks @FBarber for sending it my direction during the peninsular mayhem of NBW BIF #13!!

Taste: sharp and stringent odd medicine like notes next to boozy bready spice banana bread. I wounder if lines were cleaned? Herbal bready notes. Gold, clear, refined head with Belgian lattice of lace. Medium body. Will have to try again to see if it was a fluke of off tasting finish. 35 IBUs
