Taste: toasted smoked semi sweet malt, peppery heat, cocoa notes. Same with the nose. Black/brown hue semi opaque, with tan and refined head, some lace. Medium to med/full body. 18 IBUs

16oz draft pour into a bulbous pint glass shows a red-tinged cola colored body with little, but returning with agitation, cocoa brown foam with legs but no lasting lacing. Thin looking, too: it pours more like cola.

Aroma is cocoa forward with some fresh air.

Flavor adds some pepper heat to the cocoa. Not too much, just enough to think, "right...habanero".

Mouthfeel is thin for a stout. A very nice, just-short-of-tounge-coating porter. (Sorry for the distinction without a difference). I just prefer thicker stouts.
Overall delicious. Please keep experimenting.
