12oz draeft pour into a squat pint glass shows a light-denying black body floating a short-lived 1/4in cap of cocoa powder brown head and leaving erratic whisps of lace.
Aroma is an enticing mix of chocolate and peppermint.
The base dark chocolate stout is elevated to Thin Mint(R) heaven with the addition of peppermint and vanilla.
Mouthfeel is creamy but that might be my mind playing tricks on me. The vanilla flavoring might be doing that to me.
Overall a fine pastry stout with a smooth mint addition.
