BHBC calls it a golden ale. I placed it in blonde as the closest option.
16oz draft pour looks a bit dirty. Mostly opaque, dirty orangish-brown body floating a 1/2" head of tight white bubbles and leaving stepped lacing.
Aroma is knocked out of the park. Graham cracker crust, cream cheese, and blueberry drizzle.
Flavors of blueberry cheesecake, vanilla, and graham cracker crust. An ash note seems not to hurt. Everything points to a sugar bomb, but it somehow seems to not get to that level of sweetness.
Smooth, soft feel with a disappearing finish.
Overall an interesting beer with amazing aroma.
