Our beer for every patio, ballgame, pool party, taco night or simply an afternoon crusher. This Mexican style lager is brewed as a classic Helles lager with a base of all Pilsner malt with a splash of Vienna for a mild malt element with an ultra crisp drinkability from delicate additions of Saaz hops. Authentic Mexican lager yeast creates a beautiful structure for traditional ingredients to shine. Light, golden, and crystal clear as every pale lager should be.
Notes: Straw colored, light, refreshing, hint of bread, crisp

16oz draft poured into a pint glass shows a crystal clear dark, golden yellow body and briefly supporting a 1/2in head of off-white, tiny bubbles leaving random spots behind.
Aroma and taste match:corn and bread with a touch of honey on the finish.
Lighter feel, but not watery, and crisp.
Overall a clean beer.
