Collaboration with Whiskey Hill Brewing with raspberry and cacao nibs.
14oz draft pour shows an opaque dark brown body with a cola colored, barely light emitting, edge with active carbonation forming spotted lacing that mostly runs back to the body, leaving random artistic lacing.
Aroma elucidates chocolate coated raspberries (is there such a thing) and the flavor matches. Very reminiscent of a Founders mix of Rubeaus and Porter.
Full, but less than creamy, mouthfeel seems to disappear on the palate with only a slight berry reminder.
Overall a nice, tart dark beer.
