The Tommy Gun is a reimaging of our house Imperial Red Ale, Walk the Plank, but inspired by the classic "Old Fashioned" cocktail. Our vision of it is loaded with plenty of bready malt notes from the base beer and to accent the old fashioned flavors we used molasses, burnt sugar, barrel aged bitters and a twist of citrus. A smooth sipper that has all the flavors of a cocktail but finishes like a beer.
