Our friends at Haymarket Brewing Chicago came by to create a massive collab of non-traditional proportions. We present: Black Market Pils.
Brewed as classically as possible with true German pilsner malt and hand-selected German specialty malts but supersized up 3x to create a huge sticky pilsner that was dry hopped with Hallertauer Mittlefrüh hops for a crushable and crispy imperial lager with a wonderful floral hop aroma.
