We brewed an incredibly big pilsner with our friends at Haymarket Brewing Chicago and laid it to rest in locally-sourced Koval Bourbon barrels for 9 months! Through masterful barrel aging this massive lager soaked up HUGE notes of bourbon, oak, vanilla, and spices with a delightfully caramel aroma that adds a wonderfully deep dimension of flavors to the base beer. Being a true lager this beer has an easy drinkability for the heightened ABV and a complex but smooth finish. If you are a fan of colossal barrel expression this is your call to not miss out on this beer.
