Issue # 36.
A dark saison.
Appearance - Pours a dark nut brown with two fingers of frothy tan head.
Smell - spicy earthy and floral hops, fruity esters, spicy belgian yeast, coriander, biscuity malts.
Taste - spicy earthy and floral hops upfront. The fruity esters, coriander, and biscuity malts come through next. The spicy belgian yeast rounds out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky with the fruity esters, coriander, and spicy yeast lingering.
Overall - Another solid brew from Zero Issue. All elements are spot on for the style. This brewery continues to make good beer whilst being underrated.
