A- pours a clear golden color with a foamy white head that has great retention and leaves plenty of lacing behind
S- smells of earthy and spicy yeast, clove, black pepper, along with fruity & floral hops
T- spicy and peppery yeast up front gives notes of clove, banana, as well as some phenolic notes. Musty and earthy, finished with notes of dried hay, more spicy yeast and fruity hops on the linger
M- medium body and carbonation, creamy mouthfeel that continues into a dry finish
O- an outstanding saison, enhanced by just enough fruity hops on the finish
