16oz can poured into a tulip
A- pours a slightly hazy pale orange color with a one-finger foamy white head that reduces to a ring
S- dandelion is actually noticeable on the nose, followed by notes of peppery yeast, clove, basement must and phenolic notes from the base beer
T- peppery and earthy yeast gives notes of clove and banana with some phenolic notes, mid-palate starts to bring out some bitterness that definitely has a floral note to it. The finish is super bitter, with more floral notes, as well as peppery clove yeast
M- medium body with moderate carbonation leads to a slightly foamy mouthfeel that continues into the finish
O- a pretty cool experiment that I think worked well. The dandelion was a bit too bitter on the finish, but the base beer is solid, like all of WG's saisons
