A- pours golden in color with just a slight haze, one-finger foamy white head has good retention and leaves lots of lacing behind
S- musty and earthy, clove, pears, apples, a hint of citrus
T- earthy and peppery yeast up front with some phenolic notes of clove, followed by pear, green apple and a hint of banana. The finish gives a hint of honey, along with more spicy yeast that continues into the linger
M- medium-light body with moderate carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel that turns slightly creamy into a crisp finish
