16oz can poured into a tulip
A- pours a hazy pale yellow with a two-finger foamy white head that has great retention and leaves some lacing behind
S- opens with some rustic barnyard aromas with notes of hay and a bit of funk. Juicy undertones of citra hops, as well as some grass, bubblegum, clove and cracked pepper
T- earthy and spicy yeast up front give notes of pepper, clove and some phenolic notes, quickly followed by an underlying blast of juicy citra hops that adds notes of zesty orange. The finish gives notes of ripe pear with more peppery and earthy yeast on the linger
M- medium body with moderate carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel that turns into an effervescent bubbly finish
O- one could argue that saisons are WG's best style and this one is no exception. The citra addition really makes this one pop
