Brewed in collaboration with artist, Heidi Geist for the 48 Beer Project. We made this Saison with love and patience. The label represents the intense ice storm we endured during Heidi's stay in Cool Ridge. The bottles are bottle conditioned and the kegs are keg conditioned. This is our first bottle-conditioned Saison offering.
