Felt incomplete in the base saison. Sure the yeast and graininess was there, but it tasted underdeveloped, half baked even, leading to the dry hops obliterating it completely, resulting in a watery saison with focus points of pepper, hops and a hint of funk. Needed more stability.

straw yellow, clear, some white foam with big and fine bubbles
aroma is mainly little funk and white wine, grape must is retronasal
fruity bitterness, dry, hay, ends peppery, tart too
evervescent, leaves so dry it is almost an astringent feel to it
Fine refreshing Saison, not too much expressiveness and low in abv
I would suggest this to a Weisser Gspritzta drinker on a hot summer day
