The Empress showcases real fruit used in the brewing process. The Empress is not made to overwhelm or be bold, it͛s made to be light in both flavor and body. This beer is Back Channel͛s first to be made with fruit and a perfect one to sit back and relax with on a pontoon.

Light blue pale yellow color. Smell was grain and wheat .Taste had some blueberry with a grain cereal finish. Pleasant mouth feel with a fruity soft finish. Drinkable well made.
