on-tap at the brew-pub, review from notes
Not my favorite pilsner they've done, but still tasty and with nice hop scent and taste. Could stand to be a bit crisper and cleaner, but it is still a great pilsner and I judge them harshly, probably my favorite beer style

On tap. White head. Yellow golden color.
A bit malty for my liking. I want more crisp and clean. Has an earthy hop profile, but a bit too bready/biscuity for me. It’s okay.

Pretty good pilsner that ticks all the boxes for me. Clean, crisp, and dry with moderate bitterness and hoppy flavor. Easy drinking. To me this was true to style using traditional ingredients. Of the 4 different beers between the two of us, this was the only one worth revisiting.
