Brewed in collaboration with Ansari’s Mediterranean Grill-
Imperial Turkish Coffee inspired pastry stout - at 12.5% this is the biggest beer Back Channel has brewed in house. Brewed like any legit cup of Turkish Coffee, we used the same coffee and cardamom blend that Ansari’s uses in house. To play off of Middle Eastern desserts, we used Belgian Dark Candi Syrup for layered notes of dates and fig, and for fun, we added a gentle addition of pistachio. This decadent creation features all of the best qualities we appreciate in Middle Eastern desserts.
