16 ounce can into willi becher glass, canned on 6/24/2025. Pours slightly hazy pale golden yellow color with a 1 finger fluffy white head with solid retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lace cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing on the glass with some streaming carbonation. Aromas of lemon, pear, red apple, cracker, white bread, and light herbal/grassy hops, corn, and yeast earthiness. A little too fruity. Taste of lemon, pear, apple, cracker, white bread, corn, herbal, floral, grass, light pepper/pine, and yeast earthiness. Light pine/herbal/grassy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and body; bready/grainy malts and light-medium sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Fairly crisp/clean/refreshing finish. Lingering hop oil dryness after the finish, no cloying flavors. Very flavorful and drinkable. Just a bit too yeasty, but otherwise very well made.
