Wonderful coconut character: toasty, fatty, and flowery in the best ways possible. Coconut never tastes so good in a stout. Seriously, this is VERY well done. Doesn't fall victim to the cheal sunscreen character often achieved in coconut pastry stouts.
Full without excessive sweetness, perhaps the cacao nibs keep this in check.
Would love a more intense base stout to balance this out. It is certainly roasty and chewy, but could do both with more intensity to counteract the adjunct presence. On the other hand, however, the adjuncts express themselves so well that I hardly care. Invasive Species is doing great things
