Hang on Folks, this is a weird one. What do you do when you have access to fresh Sweet Cherry puree, but ALSO want to honor a Legacy brewery? You take Bobby California, our Steam beer, and age it on 300lbs of fresh fruit. The end result is a clean, crisp, and fruity variation on an old classic. Well balanced with a subtle cherry finish.

Pours a somewhat opaque dark brick red color without much of a head. Bready toasty with plenty of cherry aroma and flavor. Pretty nice.
