Dark in color, but delicate in flavor. The dark malts add some layered milk chocolate complexity to the spicy, phenolic saison yeast we all know and love. Fun fact- Ellipses are shapes, not celestial astronomical events.

Dark brown almost opaque with a thin white ring of bubbles around the edge of the glass. Toasty light caramel and dark cocoa with earthy spicy hop and phenol to counter. Pretty nice dark saison
